3. WindowSight and the artist are interested in establishing a business relationship of mutual and reciprocal commercial cooperation, in accordance with the specifications set out in the agreement. No no. The implementation regulation is part of updated EU telecommunications legislation, the European code for electronic communications, and is based on these rules. The implementation regulation does not set out new requirements, but it does define how the summary should be provided and the main elements to be included in the summary based on the European code of electronic communications. In Part B of The Appendix, the instructions for completing the contract summary template include that the contract summary is dated. The regulation does not set any other date provisions. The date may therefore reflect the date of the last version or the date on which it was made available to the end user. The enforcement regulations contain a summary document containing a set of elements and instructions for service providers to complete. However, some issues should only be raised where this applies.
For example, if a service does not contain an internet service, it is not possible and necessary to provide information on the speed of internet services. No, but it contains a summary of the important information that suppliers must provide to consumers before the contract is concluded. The regulation provides for the inclusion of the recurring price per month in the contract summary. If it is a set of more than one service, the regulation does not require that the price per item be included in the order table. It should be noted, however, that the complete pre-contract information that must be transmitted to the consumer before a consumer is bound by a contract requires the price guidance of each element of a group, as it is also marketed separately (Directive 2018/1972 on the European Code of Electronic Communications, Article 102, paragraph 1, and Appendix VIII, point I. (v). As of December 21, 2020, electronic communications service providers will be required to provide users with a summary of the contract based on the standard model in the regulations. Under the European Code of Electronic Communications, the contract takes effect when the consumer has confirmed its agreement after receiving the summary of the contract. The regulation provides (annex, part B), the indication of temporary discounts in the “price” section. In recital 14, it is stated that, in the event of a promotional price, this should be clearly stated, including the validity period of the discount and the full non-share price.
